Our melamine molding machine is suitable for melamine twocolor table and mahjong domino,and also suits for the molding operation of rubber products, conducting rubber, environment-protected once-only dinner box etc.

The machine is controlled by PLC computer, which is easy to operate, powerful in function, low in malfunction, convenient for maintenance.

Integral type cast steel oil cylinder is powerful in hardness. The precision is high after grinding, and can also endurance of rubbing and high speed running .

The speed of die clamping &returning is adjustable for being set 2section.

The time of press-hold and air-exhaust and the distance of air-exhaust can be freely set and adjusted.

The product can be customermade, which can meet various demands of the customer. The action is slow at the end of mould closing and mould opening, and then changes into high speed to open and close, by which the mould is well protected and time is saved.

Easy operation and no noise.  There is semiautomatic ways which is  easy to operate.
